Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:
30 days or more before travel: 10% of total cost
15–29 days before travel: 25% of total cost
7–14 days before travel: 50% of total cost
Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% of total cost
For bookings made during peak season period (15 Dec to 20 Jan), cancellations after confirmation will incur 100% charges.
The company does not own or operate all hotels, cruises, or vehicles included in the package. Guests are required to comply with the terms and conditions set by the respective hotels, cruise operators, and transport providers always.
Refund eligibility and amounts will be determined strictly as per the terms and conditions of the respective service providers, including hotels, ferries, and transporters.
